Elect Tasha S. McCauley for Plymouth Constable
I am eager to serve you and our community as Constable.
I have a deep personal commitment to this community. I have been a resident of Plymouth since 2016, and my husband’s roots here go back 30 years. Our two children are students in the Colonial School District. I can’t think of a better place to raise and educate them, and to thrive and grow with our neighbors.
Over more than 20 years in customer service and administrative positions, I have refined skills that will enable me to provide the equitable, compassionate law enforcement that you deserve.
I have most recently spent nearly a decade in the health-insurance sector, assisting consumers in filing and adjudicating claims and acting as an intermediary with providers. Through my work, I have gained renewed appreciation for the importance of respecting and following regulations.
Perhaps more importantly, I have gained sensitivity to the challenges and pressures that ordinary citizens face and an understanding of the importance of an empathetic approach to enforcing laws and regulations. I know that that understanding will benefit you as I serve our community in office.
Earlier in my career, I spent a number of years working in retail sales and sales management. To my mind, that is about the best training you can get in dealing effectively with a diverse range of people. Again, my experience taught me that one must approach any interaction as a unique situation.
My volunteer work also demonstrates my appreciation for the importance of community engagement—especially to benefit our young people. I serve on the Youth Committee at my church, engaging our young congregants in positive social activities. I am also a proud member of Jack and Jill of America. For more than 80 years, this multi-state organization of active mothers has dedicated itself to providing learning programs for children.
I could not be more excited and enthused by the prospect of serving you as Constable.
