Candidate for Plymouth Township Council Ward 3
I want to serve the people of Ward 3 and all of Plymouth Township because I’m deeply invested in this community.
I am a 23-year resident and homeowner here. My wife, Sharon Wilkie, and I have two adolescent sons in the Colonial School District and I’ve recently moved my parents here from Connecticut—not just to care for them, but also to enable them to benefit from the quality of life this community offers.
My professional career spans more than 25 years in management and business consulting, with special concentrations in healthcare and corporate culture-shaping. That means I’m a strategist and problem-solver who drives positive, sustained outcomes for constituents in any endeavor I take on.
That expertise is important in addressing the many opportunities and challenges our Township may face—including the issues of in-person and remote schooling in the midst of a massive public health crisis.
I have earned three graduate degrees—including two while working full time. That shows the energy, focus, and dedication I will bring to serving you and our community.
I’m also a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and athlete, with extensive experience volunteering in sports and educational programs that benefit our youth. I want to use that experience as a foundation for common-sense approaches to land and community development.
Plymouth Township is already a wonderful place to live and work. I want, and pledge, to apply my skills and expertise to develop and communicate sustained policies that make Ward 3 and Plymouth Township a more efficiently run, prosperous, healthy, and welcoming community for all.
